Mr. Jung specializes in business litigation, representing many small and medium size business and high technology companies with emphasis on corporate law counselling such as incorporation, contract drafting & reviewing, licensing agreement and other intellectual property protection law.

He worked with and represented both medium size companies such as Norstar, Insung, Korea Eundan, GE Tech, Sherwood Terminal (Division of Haitai Group) and many smaller companies; such as Flat Vision Inc, Mana Corp, IMAX Int'l; and more than hundred of other small business. Over the years, Mr. Jung has incorporated more than hundred of business into a corporation form and assisted them to maintain their corporate status.
