	Q.	How do you deliver the sushi fresh?
	A.	We use fresh ingredients every time and cook right away once you order. Right after cooking, our SushiVan delivery team delivers the Sushi immediately.
	Q.	Who makes the Sushi?
	A.	Well trained Sushi Man makes the Sushi.
	Q.	Why is Sushi considered as a healthy food?
	A.	Sushi is a very healthy and nutritious food because it's cholesterol and fat free and low in calories.
	Q.	Can sushi be kept for a long period time?
	A.	Sushi should be eaten immediately once delivered. If you decide to consume your Sushi later, please separate the riceand fish and make sure to wrap the sushi rice securely and keep it in a cool place. As for the fish, it must be kept in a refrigerator.
	Q.	Am I allowed to cancel or change the order?
	A.	Yes. But it must be canceled or changed within 30 minutes.
	Q.	Are the grocery and gift collection orders delivered?
	A.	Grocery and gift collection orders are delivered by UPS or FedEX, and the shipping charges depend on the weight and size, and the area where it would be delivered to.
